Placing An Order
You can place an order with Jades Creations either by phone, by email, or right off the web.
Simply add the item(s) using the "Add To Cart" button. When ready to check out use any of the "View Cart" buttons located on our website.
Ordering online is easy and secure! All orders are SSL Encrypted to safeguard your bank card and personal information.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AX, PayPal, Google Checkout (GCO), Personal Check, and Money Order.
If you prefer to pay by check we will email you instructions or you can call us with your order at (815) 484-9848. Personal checks may take up to 2 weeks to clear the bank. We do not ship merchandise until your check has cleared.
NOTE - when using a credit/debit card, Paypal and GCO we ship to the confirmed billing address.
How soon will I get my order?
Orders generally ship within 2 business days of receiving your order (except special / custom orders or if you are paying by check). Mailing time usually averages 2-3 business days.
How is my order shipped?
We ship via the US Postal Service. If you need an item faster, please let us know (expedited shipping charges will apply).
How much will shipping cost be?
All orders have a flat rate shipping charge of $4.95 to U.S. addresses.
For international orders please contact us for a shipping quote.
Is my personal information secure?
Our shopping cart is SSL Encrypted to safeguard your bank card and personal information.
What is your return policy?
All returns or exchanges require our authorization. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery of your order to initiate a Return Authorization (RA). All returns must be received by us within 10 days of issuing you an RA otherwise no credit or refund will be honored. We do not accept returns on custom, special order or clearance items. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns for credit or exchange. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Any returned item should be packaged carefully and include all original packaging materials and tags. All items returned must be undamaged, unused, in the original packaging and include all parts and paperwork. All returns must be in the same condition as when we shipped it to you. Additional fees may be charged if we incur any time or expense to make your returned item saleable. No credit or refund will be given on returns without a valid Return Authorization.
How long does a custom order take?
Once a design is agreed upon, custom orders average from 1 to 4 weeks depending on the quantity of the order and availability of components.
We have designed and shipped a bridal party of 13 jewelry sets in 3 weeks, but all orders vary. We can give you a better time estimate once you contact us to initiate your order.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Contact us by email or phone and we will do our best to make your order right.
