Placing An Order

You can place an order with Jades Creations either by phone, by email, or right off the web.
Simply add the item(s) using the "Add To Cart" button. When ready to check out use any of the "View Cart" buttons located on our website. Ordering online is easy and secure! All orders are SSL Encrypted to safeguard your bank card and personal information.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AX, PayPal, Personal Check, and Money Order. If you prefer to pay by check we will email you instructions or you can call us with your order at (815) 484-9848. Personal checks may take up to 2 weeks to clear the bank. We do not ship merchandise until your check has cleared.

NOTE - when using a credit/debit card we only ship to the "bank confirmed billing address" of the card. Items paid with Paypal only ship to the Paypal "confirmed address". A confirmed address is the address where you receive your credit/debit card bill or statement or has been confirmed thru Paypal. If payment is by check or money order we will ship to any address within the 50 United States that you specify.

How soon will I get my order?

Orders generally ship within 2 business days of receiving your order (except special / custom orders or if you are paying by check). Mailing time usually averages 2-3 business days.

How is my order shipped and is it Insured?

We ship via the US Postal Service - Insured First Class. If you need an item faster, please let us know (shipping charges will apply).

How much will shipping cost be?

All orders have a flat rate shipping charge of $4.95 to U.S. addresses which includes insurance.
We do not ship to international addresses at this time.

What is your return policy?

* Return Policy Extended For the Holidays *- All beaded jewelry and beaded gifts purchased now until Christams have until 1-14-09 to return or refund your gift purchase.

All returns or exchanges require our authorization. You must notify us within 7 business days of delivery of your order (except during the holiday season) to initiate a return or exchange and receive a Return Authorization (RA). All returns for credit must be received by us within 10 business days of issuing you an RA otherwise no credit or refund will be honored. We do not accept returns on custom, special order or clearance items. There is a 10% restocking fee on any item(s) returned for credit based on the actual amount originally charged for the item(s). Original shipping charges paid by you are not refundable. A handling charge of $4.95 will be deducted from any credit due to you if the original order qualified for free shipping. A copy of the original invoice should be included with the return. Any returned item should be packaged carefully and include all original packaging materials and tags. We suggest you return your item with an appropriate amount of insurance in the event of loss or damage. All items returned must be undamaged, unused, in the original packaging and include all parts and paperwork. All returns must be in the same condition as when we shipped it to you. Additional fees may be charged if we incur any time or expense to make your returned item saleable. An $8.00 exchange processing fee is charged on all exchanges. No credit or refund will be given on returns without a valid Return Authorization.


How long does a custom order take?

Once a design is agreed upon, custom orders average from 2 to 6 weeks depending on the quantity of the order, availability of components and whether you make any subsequent changes to the design. We have designed and shipped a bridal party of 13 jewelry sets in 3 weeks, but all orders vary. We can give you a better time estimate once you contact us to initiate your order.

What if there is a problem with my order?

If for any reason there is a problem with your order we will contact you as soon as possible.

What is your privacy policy?

At Jades Creations your privacy is important to us. All information collected on our site is kept confidential and will not be shared or sold in any way.
